Midwinter Christmas party

I have attended several cultural functions from Anju’s studio. She has consistently provided excellent service. She takes pride in sharing her Indian heritage and in giving information about the customs, food, and dress that people are experiencing. Anju’s parties and shop bring a wonderful array of Indian colours, textures, and flavors to Auckland. It is great fun to be professionally fitted in one of the beautiful saris or tunics and learn a few Bollywood moves or hear the stories behind the more traditional Indian dances.

The food is always delicious and made from an amazing blend of spices.

I recently had a housewarming party with a Bollywood theme. I found Bollywood Costume Hire and cannot say enough about how much fun myself and my guests had. Anju, the owner, was a pleasure to work with, very warm and friendly. She looked after us with delicious Indian food and entertainment. We had a Bollywood dance lesson halfway through the night which everyone loved and it really liven things up! The saris were stunning with so many colours to choose from and the men’s costumes were amazing too. We really had a blast! Thanks so much, Anju!
