Anju’s culinary journey began at the age of 10 when she developed a fascination for spices and their health benefits. Growing up in an environment surrounded by Ayurvedic principles, her curiosity and passion for holistic living flourished. Over the past 20 years in New Zealand, she has become a beloved teacher, sharing her knowledge on a wide range of subjects, from cooking to Ayurvedic medicine, and even painting and dancing.
